Phil Comella will present a detailed overview of the "Fundamentals of RCRA", the Federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The E-course will review the underlying federal legislation and resulting regulatory scheme relating to solid and hazardous waste management and the environment, including key definitions. Case law as it relates to the area will be discussed. Finally, enforcement provisions will be highlighted and explained.
