In 1995, Seyfarth established an office in the heart of downtown Houston, Texas. In the following years, the office has grown in three critically important practice groups (labor and employment, commercial litigation, and intellectual property law). Our lawyers frequently make presentations to the legal and business community and are involved in a variety of community efforts, including the annual MS150 bicycle ride between Houston and Austin. With Houston currently ranked as the largest city in Texas and fourth largest in the United States, Seyfarth Shaw's Houston office provides our clients with important legal assistance in this strategic geographical and business area.
Community Service
In addition to our pro bono legal work, the Houston office participates in many community service events. Our Houston office fields a team and sponsors and staffs a sandwich break station for the MS150 two-day bike ride from Houston to Austin, which raises funds for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, the flagship charity of the Houston office. The Houston office also participates in the Race for the Cure on behalf of the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
