Leah Rochwarg was quoted in the August 15, 2008 issue of the Philadelphia Business Journal in the article, "Just a month old, the BIM Addendum has won national endorsements: How a homegrown legal contract will save building contractors from themselves." The article discusses the Building Information Modeling (BIM) Addendum, which is the first and only industry standard that tackles legal and other issues that arise in the use of three-dimensional computer modeling in the design and construction of a building.

Leah assisted with the document creation and according to her, "The BIM Addendum is the first standard contract document which comprehensively addresses the myriad of legal implications of using BIM." She concluded that "Until the release of the BIM Addendum, there wasn't a single standard form which adequately addressed or even considered the legal issues relating to BIM. The BIM Addendum is a giant step in the right direction."
