Gerald Maatman was quoted in the June 9, 2008 issue of Workforce Management Magazine in the article, "A Higher Price For Payback." The article reported on a recent Supreme Court decision which found that plaintiffs can pursue retaliation claims under Section 1981, providing the opportunity for uncapped damages and a longer deadline to file.
