Risk Allocation in LEED® Certification

David A. Blake, partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Seyfarth Shaw, wrote "Risk Allocaiton in LEED® Certification" for the October 2006 issue of Design-Build DATELINE.  The article focuses on legal responsibilities of a design-builder in regards to a project not achieving the level of LEED certification stated in the original contract.
