Illinois EPA Introduces the eDMR System

The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Illinois EPA) announced a new compliance tool for regulated National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) facilities in the State of Illinois. The tool, called the “eDMR” (electronic Discharge Monitoring Report) System, was developed so that NPDES permittees with a computer and an Internet connection can complete, sign, submit, edit, and re-submit eDMR forms online.
