New: Annual Funding Notice for Multiemployer Plans

The DOL’s Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) has issued a final regulation for the new annual funding notice that multiemployer defined benefit pension plans must begin providing this year to participants, unions, the PBGC and contributing employers which will indicate the percentage of funding. Employers should be aware of this new source of information.
