Israel Adam Burns is a Labor & Employment associate with the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. 

While in school at Rutgers, Israel interned with the New York Regional Office of the United States Department of Labor-Employee Benefits Security Administration. There he managed cases through the department's Voluntary Fiduciary Compliance Program as well as assisted Federal Investigators on cases dealing with civil and criminal violations of ERISA.  

Prior to that, Mr. Burns worked with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in its Newark Regional office. At the EEOC, he helped prepare attorneys for trial by writing legal memoranda on Title VII, ADEA, and ADA matters, as well as helping draft legal briefs for trial in New York District Court.
