Jessica Pink is senior counsel in the Real Estate department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s downtown Los Angeles office.  Ms. Pink has represented institutional investors, REITS, pension funds, banks and developers in a wide variety of real estate transactions relating to office, industrial, retail and mixed-use projects.  She has extensive experience in the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial properties.  Ms. Pink also advises clients in connection with leasing and development of properties and the purchase and sale of mortgage loans.
