Biography
Mr. Tadlock is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP and focuses his practice on traditional labor law, as well as employment law and counseling. Mr. Tadlock represents employers from many different industries in collective bargaining, arbitrations, grievance mediations, and NLRB and court litigation. He also provides extensive counseling to employers in connection with traditional labor law, including strikes, handbilling, management rights, subcontracting and other management issues. Mr. Tadlock also serves as a contributing editor to “The Developing Labor Law,” published by the American Bar Association.
Mr. Tadlock also represents employers in all aspects employment law and litigation, including allegations of race, gender, national origin, age, and disability discrimination, as well as breach of contract and restrictive covenant claims. Mr. Tadlock has repeatedly been successful in achieving summary judgment for claims brought under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, and FMLA. Mr. Tadlock also provides preventative counseling and training to employers on a variety of employment issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tadlock served as a judicial clerk in the Northern District of Georgia.
