Ms. Henderson is a partner in the Labor and Employment department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s London office. She is qualified in both France and the UK.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Henderson worked as an in-house employment counsel for a global software and hardware company covering Europe Middle-East and Africa (EMEA), and was previously head of the EMEA Employment Law Practice for a global financial institution in the UK. With 15 years of experience as in-house and private practice counsel, Ms. Henderson has considerable knowledge in cross-border employment law. Her expertise is in all aspects of English, French and international cross-border employment law, in particular corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, insourcing and outsourcing, collective consultation with unions and employee representatives.

Recognized for her unique expertise as a dual-qualified French and English Employment lawyer, Ms. Henderson is also a frequent speaker across Europe and the United States on international employment law issues. She is a member of the Employment Law Association (ELA), International Committee in the UK and was appointed as the first in-house representative of the ELA Management Committee (2009-2011).  She is also a former co-chair of the International Sub-Committee, ERR, Labor and Employment Committee, American Bar Association.
