Seyfarth Shaw Earns BTI Client Service A-Team Honors for Third Straight Year

CHICAGO (November 19, 2013) — For the third consecutive year, Seyfarth Shaw is pleased to announce it has been named to the BTI Client Service A-Team, based on BTI Consulting Group’s annual survey recognizing law firms that demonstrate “superior client service.”

Corporate counsel said Seyfarth “excels” in “Unprompted Communication” and “Anticipating the Needs of Clients” – key tenets of its SeyfarthLean client service model – where the firm ranked “Best of the Best.” Of the 650 law firms surveyed, this also helped Seyfarth earn a spot among BTI’s elite Client Service 30 list, which represents the “cream of the crop” from the BTI Client Service A-Team and includes only those firms which have “truly differentiated themselves in the eyes of clients.

BTI’s methodology is based exclusively on objective, unbiased client feedback from more than 300 in-depth interviews with corporate counsel. The BTI Client Service A-Team only includes law firms which clients describe as best across 17 activities proven to drive superior client service. Every firm scored is identified by clients using BTI’s distinct ranking method of key client attributes. The rankings reflect not only how frequently firms are mentioned, but also the nature of the attributes for which they are cited and how valuable these attributes are to clients.
