Seyfarth Represents Grossman Cos. in $23.1 Million Sale in East Boston

BOSTON (October 23, 2014) — Seyfarth Shaw LLP has represented The Grossman Cos. in connection with the $23.1 million sale of land, self-storage units, and other improvements located in East Boston at 150 McClellan Highway to CubeSmart, a publicly traded self-storage real estate investment trust (REIT).

The site is a combination of three parcels of land spanning approximately 84,000 square feet and includes 1,100 self-storage units.

The Seyfarth team was led by Boston-based partner Michael Dowley.
