Tracy Billows was quoted in a December 2 story “Judge's temporary order on overtime rule could hint at its fate, attorney says” from the Cook County Record on the Texas federal judge ruling blocking a U.S. Department of Labor rule that would have extended overtime pay to upwards of 4 million salaried workers. Billows said that it’s potentially a prediction because certainly the court, while not reaching a final decision, is looking ahead at who may be successful.
