Marshall Babson quoted in Bloomberg, “Employers Must Allow Off-Hour E-Mailing: Business of Law”

Marshall Babson was quoted in a December 11 story from Bloomberg on a recent National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) ruling that says companies can’t stop their employees from using work e-mail during nonworking time. Babson predicts that the ruling won’t be upheld if it’s appealed and said that the notion that these communications must be made available is contrary to 50 years of board and court law.
