Meagan Newman was quoted in a May 28 story from Corporate Counsel on the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s update to its "Whistleblower Investigations Manual. "Newman says two notable changes include procedures for investigating workers who report defects in vehicles, and revisions to the chapter outlining whistleblower settlement agreements and remedies.
