Angelo Paparelli quoted in Law360, “5 Things To Watch For As Congress Debates EB-5 Renewal”

Angelo Paparelli was quoted in a January 14 story from Law360 on how Congress is looking to renew the EB-5 program, which allows foreigners to invest at least $500,000 in a job-creating U.S. project in exchange for a green card. Paparelli said there is some possibility that at least some members of Congress will look at whether EB-5 should be incentivized to focus on urban redevelopment.
