Marshall Babson was quoted in a March 19 story in Law360 on National Labor Relations Board general counsel Richard Griffin's recent report on employee handbook rules. Babson said that one theme that came through clearly in the report was the general counsel's inclination to put handbook language in context rather than looking at it in isolation.
