Jason Burritt quoted in Law360, “USCIS Taking Comments On RFE Template For L-1B Petitions”

Jason Burritt was quoted in a July 29 story from Law360 on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ new draft template on "requests for evidence" for L-1B petitions. Burritt said that although the new L-1B memo has not officially gone into effect, language from that guidance is already turning up in agency RFEs and decisions.
