Bart Lazar quoted in Corporate Counsel

Bart Lazar was quoted in a July 29 story “Office of Management and Budget Updates Regulation to Increase Governmental Data Protection” from Corporate Counsel on the Circular A-130 update which comes after high-profile government data breaches, most notably to Office of Personnel Management. Lazar noted how it is sent to the heads of all federal departments and agencies and is designed to establish general policy for the planning, budgeting, governance, acquisition, and management of federal information, personnel, equipment, funds, IT resources and supporting infrastructure and services.
