Robert Milligan quoted in Intellectual Property Watch

Robert Milligan was quoted in a May 12 story “US President Signs New Trade Secrets Law” from Intellectual Property Watch on the newly signed Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016 which is aimed at strengthening trade secret protection including by allowing federal courts to hear cases involving trade secret theft. Milligan said companies now will have the ability to sue in federal court when their trade secrets are misappropriated.
