Seyfarth Shaw LLP advised Northrop Grumman in connection with a real estate expansion of the company's campus in Melbourne, Florida. The Seyfarth team successfully completed a comprehensive agreement for the consolidation of multiple ground leased parcels of land at the Melbourne International Airport. The expansion will occur in multiple phases and starts with the construction of a new 220,000 square-foot-office building and the addition of 300 employees.

The Seyfarth Real Estate team was led by Washington, D.C. partner Christa Dommers and included attorneys Ronald Gart, Alexander Jackins, Elizabeth Carroll and Joseph Wang. Atlanta attorneys Daniel McRae and Kevin Brown also advised on structuring issues.
