Seyfarth Represents Pine Tree Commercial Realty in $57 Million Sale of Colorado Shopping Center
CHICAGO (April 23, 2015) – Seyfarth Shaw LLP advised Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC, a full-service real estate company based in Northbrook, Ill, in their U.S. $57.1 million sale of the 239,323-square-foot Shops at Walnut Creek in Westminster, Colorado.
The 93% leased shopping center located just outside Denver, is anchored by national tenants such as T.J. Maxx Inc., PetSmart Inc. and Michaels Stores Inc. Walnut Creek has 14,524 square feet of available space, plus a potential 5,000 square foot outparcel.
