Patrick Bannon was quoted in a November 11 story entitled “The Wild Class Action Suit Against Tyson Foods” in Inc. on Supreme Court oral arguments in Tyson Foods v. Bouaphakeo. Bannon said that the Supreme Court justices were trying to figure out what kind of a case this is. He continued, "Is it a case about what it takes to make a class action or is it a case about how much statistical evidence is permissible? I think the judges were grappling with that."
