Jeffrey Ross was quoted in a June 14 story “DOL Cracks Down on Company’s Use of Hiring Tests” from SHRM on why companies need to make sure their hiring managers are not assessing applicants without HR’s knowledge. Ross said that a properly validated test means that the test has been determined to predict job performance for a specific role.
