Howard Wexler was quoted in a September 30 story “Federal Appeals Court Rules for Employer in Dreadlock Discrimination Case” from Corporate Counsel on how employers generally have very wide latitude from the courts as to what rules they can make about workers' hairstyles, except in some matters of religious observance. Wexler said that it's seen as an individualized decision based on the nature of your business.
