Robert Whitman was quoted in an October 24 story “Professional Services Firms Increasingly a Target of Pay Equity Suits” from Law.com on why pay equity class actions are focusing increasingly on professional careers. Whitman said that professional services firms have overall a more highly paid employee population, which makes them more attractive targets for the plaintiffs bar.
