Marshall Babson was quoted in "Columbia Files Objection with NLRB Over Union Vote by Teaching Assistants," a December 21 story in Corporate Counsel about Columbia University’s filed objections with the National Labor Relations Board to a recent on-campus union election in an attempt to block labor organizing efforts by its graduate teaching and research assistants.
