Brent Clark and Craig Simonsen were quoted in "Republican Regulatory Reform Agenda Advances Under the Radar," an April 7 story by Material Handling & Logistics on how the agency recently sought to publicize a renewed safety campaign encouraging employer emulation of best practices and adoption of a systemic approach to promoting health and safety. Clark and Simonsen noted that whether this news release and these associated webpages signal a change in the overall approach OSHA will take under President Trump’s new Administration is yet to be seen, but this is not the tone we have seen from OSHA in the last several years.
