Daniel Hart was quoted by Business Insurance on February 28 in an article “Aon hits back in battle over broker talent” on how Aon's suit against seven former employees and two units of a rival insurance brokerage shows how companies of all kinds are being more aggressive in trying to protect their human assets. Hart said employee nonrecruit and nonsolicitation covenants generally are more enforceable than customer nonsolicitation covenants.
