Leon Rodriguez was quoted in a June 27 story from Bloomberg, "Trump Travel Ban Ruling Yields ‘Bona Fide’ Government Confusion," on the Supreme Court’s decision to allow the government to deny entry to people from six countries who don’t have existing ties to the U.S. -- language that requires the government to figure out what it means to have a “bona fide” relationship with American residents or entities.
