Laura Maechtlen quoted in Human Resource Executive

Laura Maechtlen was quoted in a July 18 story from Human Resource Executive, "Who’s Afraid of Automation?," on a 2017 Randstad Employer Brand Research study which found 76 percent of respondents saying they don’t fear automation. Maechtlen said that automation should be seen as an opportunity to augment an organization’s talent, not to supplant its employees. You can read the full article here.
