Camille Olson to Testify Before House Subcommittee on Workforce Protections

On Thursday, May 23, Seyfarth Shaw LLP partner Camille Olson will testify before the U.S. House Subcommittee on Workforce Protections on behalf of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where she serves as Chairwoman of its equal employment opportunity policy subcommittee. The House Education and the Workforce Subcommittee hearing, “The Need for More Responsible Regulatory and Enforcement Policies at the EEOC,” will begin at 10 a.m. ET; more details can be found here. Throughout the last decade, Olson has regularly appeared before the United States Senate, the United States House of Representatives, the EEOC, and the United States Department of Labor on her own behalf (as a recognized expert in various fields), and on behalf of the United States Chamber of Commerce and the Society for Human Resource Management. For nearly 30 years, Olson has represented companies nationwide in all areas of litigation, with emphasis on employment discrimination and harassment, wage and hour matters, and independent contractor status.
