Angelo Paparelli was quoted in a November 25 story entitled “Senators Propose High-Skilled Visa Reforms” from SHRM on introduced legislation aiming to reform the nation’s guest worker visa programs for high-skilled talent. Paparelli said the new bill would make wholesale changes to the infrastructure of the employment-based system without solid evidence of any salutary or harmful impact on the U.S. economy or American workers.
