Sam Schwartz-Fenwick quoted in Bloomberg BNA, "Transgender Treatment Coverage Dispute Revived"

Sam Schwartz-Fenwick was quoted in a May 24 story from Bloomberg BNA on how a nurse got a second chance to argue her health plan violated Obamacare's ant-discrimination provision by refusing to provide coverage for her son's transgender dysphoria treatment. Schwartz-Fenwick said that the decision was a significant defeat for the plantiffs' bar because the party in the best position to bring a lawsuit of this type would be a parent who has health coverage through his or her employer.
