Minh Vu was quoted in "Party City loses bid to have website accessibility case thrown out," a February 23 story from the Pennsylvania Record on a lawsuit alleging that a company’s website was not accessible to visually impaired consumers. Vu said that the company tried to get the case dismissed on the theory that it had already settled another case with another plaintiff about its website, and the court rejected that argument.
