Michael Wexler quoted in Crain's Chicago

Michael Wexler was quoted in a March 22 story from Crain's Chicago, "Fitness guru Jim Karas sues former employees," on the news that celebrity trainer Jim Karas, known for his cryotherapy spas and fitness studios, has sued former employees, alleging they are breaking their agreements by joining a new firm. Wexler said that the court will be faced with having to make decisions about whether or not personal trainers have used confidential information in their duties or if they are actually using general skills and knowledge based upon training and experience in the personal training world.
