Ms. LaRoe is Counsel in the Los Angeles office.  Her international practice is focused on advising multi-national companies on all aspects of international employment and labor law, particularly for Central and Eastern Europe, including the Russian Federation.  Ms. LaRoe has experience advising clients on issues arising from international mergers and acquisitions, multi-jurisdictional employment law compliance, workplace policies and handbooks, and employment-related privacy and data protection.

Ms. LaRoe’s litigation practice focuses on general business and commercial litigation, trademark disputes, and tort actions.  Ms. LaRoe has experience in all phases of discovery, deposition, pre-trial, trial, and post-trial litigation, as well as significant mediation experience. 

While in law school in the U.S., Ms. LaRoe served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Patrick J. Walsh at the District Court for the Central District of California.  Ms. LaRoe is admitted to practice law in the Russian Federation.  Ms. LaRoe is fluent in Russian.
