Robert Whitman quoted in the Washington Post

Robert Whitman was quoted in a March 30 story from the Washington Post, "A New York City official wants to give workers the right to ignore after-hours emails," on a law proposed in New York that would make it illegal for private employers to require workers to check and respond to email and other messages during nonwork hours.
