Seyfarth Named to 2016 BTI “Client Service A-Team”


Seyfarth has been named to BTI Consulting’s “Client Service A-Team” for the 11th straight year, based on BTI’s annual survey of corporate counsel regarding law firm client service performance. Once again, the firm earned among the highest marks -- “Leaders of the Best” -- in the Innovative Approach and Client Focus categories, helping place it among the top 40 of the 650 law firms that serve Fortune 1000 companies.
The industry’s only such survey, BTI’s methodology is based exclusively on objective, unbiased client feedback from more than 300 in-depth interviews with corporate counsel regarding 660 law firms. The BTI Client Service A-Team only includes law firms which clients describe as best across 17 activities proven to drive superior client service. Every firm scored is identified by clients using BTI’s distinct ranking method of key client attributes. The rankings reflect not only how frequently firms are mentioned, but also the nature of the attributes for which they are cited and how valuable these attributes are to clients.
