Human Resources Executive and Lawdragon have selected five Seyfarth Shaw LLP partners to their list of “The Nation’s Most Powerful Employment Attorneys.” Seyfarth Labor & Employment partners Lorie Almon, Mark Casciari, Lisa Damon, Camille Olson and William Perkins were named to the list of the Top 100 Most Powerful Employment attorneys. Seyfarth partner Ian Morrison was honored in the Top 20 list of attorneys for Employee Benefits & ERISA.
In addition, Seyfarth partners D. Ward Kallstrom and Stuart Newman were selected as inductees for the 2019 Hall of Fame of the employment bar whose contributions to the field as well as their firms are unparalleled. Very few lawyers are considered for Hall of Fame status — which begins with 35 years in the employment-law trenches and requires consistent recognition for all-around excellence in counseling clients, contributing to the bar and serving as a visionary to improve workplaces.
In its 12th iteration, this year’s list of the “Nation’s Most Powerful Employment Attorneys” comprises attorneys who have typically practiced for more than 20 years, received glowing recommendations from peers, as well as corporate counsel who have worked with them, and who have tallied a series of legal accomplishments. Leadership positions within their respective firms and bar associations also contributed to selection to the list.
