Seyfarth’s Daniel Klein Receives Volunteer of the Year Award from the Northeast Human Resources Association

Seyfarth Shaw’s Daniel Klein, partner in the firm’s Labor & Employment department in Boston, received the Volunteer of the Year award from the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) during NEHRA’s awards luncheon at its annual conference in Cape Cod.

In presenting the award to Klein, NEHRA President Tracy Burns recognized his service on NEHRA’s board of directors. A senior advisor since 2008, Klein has provided pro bono legal counseling to NEHRA as well as other advice and support over 11 years. Burns emphasized that over that period, Klein has presented over 60 programs on employment law topics and developments to NEHRA audiences, including quarterly employment law update webinars and numerous employment law basics courses over the last decade.

Klein’s practice includes the representation of management in employment counseling matters and single-plaintiff and class litigation. He lectures frequently on a variety of employment law topics for human resource specialists and in-house counsel, including regular presentations on behalf of the Northeast Human Resources Association, the Massachusetts Hospital Association, and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education.
