Seyfarth Shaw’s Kevin Lesinski, partner in the firm’s Litigation department in San Francisco, was elected to the Executive Committee of the Harvard Law School Association (HLSA).
Over the past 35 years, Lesinski ’83, has served the HLSA in various capacities, including chair of the committee responsible for nominating members to the HLSA Council. His new role will have him in regular contact with the HLS Dean, faculty, students and alumni.
Co-Chair of the Seyfarth’s national Securities, Financial and Directors & Officers Litigation practice group, Lesinski is recognized as one of the country’s leading securities, ERISA and business litigators. With over 35 years of experience, Lesinski concentrates his practice on securities litigation, internal corporate investigations, accountant liability, trade secrets, False Claims Act, health care fraud, ERISA, employee benefits and business litigation.
The oldest association of its kind, the Harvard Law School Association (HLSA) has been a Harvard Law School tradition since its founding in 1886.
