Seyfarth’s Lucie Shin Named A Member of the 2017 Real Estate Law360 Editorial Advisory Board

Lucie Shin, senior counsel in the Real Estate department in San Francisco, was named a member of the 2017 Real Estate Law360 editorial advisory board. The purpose of the editorial advisory board is to get feedback on Law360's coverage and to gain insight from experts in the field on how best to shape future coverage.
 
Shin has experience advising clients on a variety of commercial real estate matters. She has represented buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, joint venture partners and investors in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, leasing, investing and restructuring of real property assets and investments. Her experience also includes advising on real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions, secured financing and capital markets transactions.
