At its annual fundraiser, the Women's Bar Foundation presented Seyfarth with an award to recognize the contributions of our attorneys, paralegals, and staff members to the WBF's Family Law Project. The FLP assists low-income women with divorces, custody cases, visitation, and child support matters. Over the years, dozens of Seyfarthians have assisted the FLP, whether through direct services to clients, or other support, such as hosting training sessions at our offices. During her tenure with the firm, then-partner Krista Pratt served on the Women's Bar Foundation Board. One FLP client told us that thanks to our work on her difficult custody battle with the abusive father of her daughter, she and her daughter "could finally live in peace" and that they had "a new found confidence to face every day." Seyfarth is grateful to the Women's Bar Foundation for this honor and the opportunity to represent these vulnerable clients. To learn more, please visit: www.womensbar.org.
