Alex Roitman is a senior associate in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP where he practices in the Real Estate and Structured & Real Estate Finance practice groups.

Mr. Roitman has experience in a wide variety of complex commercial real estate transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine lending, construction financing, loan workout and restructuring, real property acquisition and disposition, joint ventures, and commercial leasing. He represents clients locally and nationally and has experience across a variety of asset classes, including hospitality, multifamily, office, industrial, senior housing, and mixed use properties.

Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw, Alex practiced at firms in Miami, Florida and Chicago, Illinois. As a law student at the University of Chicago, Mr. Roitman externed for the Honorable Rebecca Pallmeyer, United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
