More About Amanda

Amanda's practice includes a variety of single-plaintiff and class/representative action litigation, where she represents and defends employers and companies against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and breach of contract, as well as wage and hour violations. Amanda focuses on a practical and preventative approach to potential litigation by providing advice and counsel to a broad range of companies in various industries, including drafting and review of employee handbooks, conducting various trainings, and presenting employment law compliance seminars. She also has arbitration and jury trial experience and experience in ADA Title III compliance and litigation.

While in law school, Amanda completed an externship for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office, working on matters in the Employment Litigation Department. Prior to joining the firm, she represented employees and then moved her practice to represent employers at another national law firm. She continues to mentor college and law students on the practice of labor and employment law, often being invited to join various panels to discuss her practice and successes. Amanda speaks fluent Russian and is conversational in Hebrew.
