More About Amy

Amy's role is unique at the firm. She supports the Labor and Employment practice with day-to-day case management, assisting client relationship partners with managing their practice in various aspects—including staffing, personnel management of dedicated support staff, budgeting and pricing analysis for small-scale counseling projects up to nationwide class actions, and resolving day-to-day practice operational challenges. As a resource who is fully integrated into this practice, she is also frequently involved in time-sensitive matters on pre-litigation counseling, investigations, and resolution of demand letters for many of the firm's corporate clients.

Amy's experience managing a geographically dispersed legal staff before and during law school, along with several years working in and managing large-scale e-discovery document reviews following law school, gives her a unique mix of litigation and management background to provide back-end operational management to a large nationwide labor and employment litigation practice.

From the lowest rung of the totem pole and beyond, Amy's work history in various industries gives her a wealth of experience from which to draw in analyzing not only clients' legal matters, but other operational matters within the practice.

To simplify problem-solving and come up with innovative, practical solutions for clients, Amy frequently breaks down complex matters into component parts. These solutions or methodologies are usually technology-based, as Amy prefers a paperless lifestyle.

At Seyfarth, Amy likes that no two days are the same; variety keeps things interesting.

"The caliber of attorneys at this firm allow me to learn constantly, and the collegial, warm environment makes big law more approachable."
