Andrew's practice includes advising clients on a variety of structured finance and securitization transactions, with a particular emphasis on representing institutional trustees and custodians in MBS, ABS, CLO and other structured finance facilities. In addition, Andrew has represented landlords and tenants in office, industrial and retail leasing transactions and buyers and sellers of real estate, and also counsels clients with respect to joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance of both for-profit and non-profit entities.
