Ari Asher is an associate in the Labor & Employment department in the Sacramento office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  Ms. Asher represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour, and class action and collective matters in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Seyfarth, Ms. Asher served as a law clerk to Judge Troy L. Nunley of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. Before that, Ms. Asher was a legal fellow and staff attorney at a non-profit, public interest law firm, where she litigated cases at the trial and appellate court levels in both federal and state courts.

While in law school, Ms. Asher served as an Articles Editor of the UC Davis Law Review as well as an extern for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges.
